We’re seeking to hire one to two resident tattoo artists who are local to Charlotte or the surrounding area and bring an established, appointment-only client base. Candidates should be growth-oriented, with professional tattooing experience (no apprentices) and ideally specialize in blackwork or a closely related style. Beyond technical skill, we’re looking for artists who values align with our moral and ethical principles, and who consistently demonstrate professionalism, respect, and kindness in their work and in interactions with their clients and within the tattooing community.

We offer our artists a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment designed to support both creativity and comfort. Each artist is provided with a fully-furnished private room, along with access to eco-friendly supplies provided by the studio. We offer competitive percentage splits or booth rent options, a streamlined booking platform and payment processing, as well as social media and marketing support to help grow their client base. In addition, we provide travel opportunities, including our relationships with artists all over the country for guest spot opportunities, and the ability to work conventions with the studio.
